Dr. Emilia Jarochowska, an excellent communicator, a lecturer and a researcher atthe Paleontology Institute (FAU), will be giving a workshop/ talk on gender bias at the workplace/ higher education. You will have the opportunity to hear about gender bias practical examples and share your own experience in a dynamic and prolific atmosphere. Everybody, regardless of gender, is welcome to join since we consider this event an excellent opportunity to learn, share and change our working/ studying environment, even if it just a slight change!
